The Goddess Guides My Craft
When my small boat is tossed high and cast about in a stormy
Sea and it seems apparent that all is about to be lost, the Goddess reaches out to pluck me from the predicament and places me in a calm safe harbor.
And when I hear Circe' sing her Siren’s Song and follow the sound into perilous, rock strewn waters, at the last instant before crashing she guides my boat back into the open sea.
As my life’s uncharted course unfolds; I have come to depend on her. When I’m becalmed in a windless sea or caught in the seemingly endless whirlpools and eddies, I scan the horizon seeking her.
I know that in the final storm when the sea overtakes me, she will be there on the other side continuing to guide my craft.
