Blue Oaks Arts sponsors the Red Blulff Art Gallery and offers the following services:

Art Exhibition for the cultural enrichment and entertainment of Tehama County. The Gallery is the first and only Gallery, solely devoted to the exhibition of diverse art works in the County. There is no cost to the exhibiting artist - however, they must submit a proposal for their show and it must be approved by the Blue Oaks Review Board.

Artist Quick Frame Service: A limited framing service specifically designed and priced for artists who are re-selling their works. A limited number of metal and wood frame choices are available. Glass and plexiglass available. Matting also on demand. The public may use this service, but for Full-Framing or Custom Service, we recommend The Big Picture.
